This fully remote role supports the Adult Care and Restore divisions by providing financial insight and commercial guidance to drive performance and support informed decision-making. The Finance Business Partner partners with senior leaders and operational teams to identify opportunities for improving financial performance and ensuring services are appropriately funded. The position involves leading month-end reviews, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing commercial input into tenders and contract renewals.
