About this role
The Financial, Strategy, Security and M&A Communications Business Partner leads the development and execution of the Chief Financial Officer’s internal communications strategies to align finance messaging with Philips’ culture, goals and values. The role partners closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to craft and manage content, optimize distribution channels, and ensure consistent tone and alignment across global channels. It also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize messaging and measure the effectiveness of employee communications.
