Finance Controller

The Financial Controller will lead the controllership function within the Jersey shared service center, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and a robust control environment. This role involves managing month-end closes, preparing consolidated statements, developing accounting policies compliant with IFRS, and partnering with business units to align results with forecasts. The winner will also oversee audit coordination, drive finance transformation initiatives, and mentor the local finance team.
