This role involves preparing financial analyses and management reports to support key decision-making, actively participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring budget execution with a focus on production cost analysis. The position requires developing modern controlling tools, automating reports, and collaborating with operational departments and accounting for monthly closings. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in finance, economics, or accounting, along with 1-2 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with additional benefits for knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Dynamics D365, alongside strong analytical and communication skills in English.
