Finance Director – Finance Shared Services

Senior leader responsible for establishing and evolving Aurecon’s Finance Shared Services in Manila as part of the Group Shared Services organization. The role is part of the Finance Leadership Team and Manila Core Leadership Team and focuses on transforming culture, enhancing finance delivery, and positioning the centre as a best‑in‑class capability. The position interfaces with global stakeholders and supports Aurecon’s broader finance strategy and transformation initiatives.
