About this role
The Finance Director will lead the finance roadmap for Campbell’s NextGen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation, serving as the primary finance partner across Snacks, Meals & Beverages, Supply Chain, and Corporate. This role represents finance to the program, champions change, and ensures financial processes and outcomes are integrated across the IBP cycle and NextGen ways of working. The position reports to the VP, Enterprise Planning Transformation and supports cross-functional alignment at senior levels.

Qualifications
