Finance Director

The Finance Director will build and lead a modern finance practice from the ground up, managing daily bookkeeping, accounting, and FP&A for multiple clients while designing automated workflows with AI agents. This hands-on role involves delivering cash forecasts, rolling forecasts, and management reports, and transitioning from direct finance delivery to broader client relationship management as trust is established. The position offers the opportunity to shape the finance function's tools, processes, and team design within a fast-growing AI transformation agency.
