About this role

The Finance Enablement & Transformation Manager, SOX PMO leads the enterprise-wide Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, coordinating across Finance, Technology, Internal Audit, and External Audit to ensure timely completion of program milestones. The role oversees planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the annual SOX compliance cycle, including risk identification, control deficiency reporting, and stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of annual SOX compliance program
Coordinate identification, assessment, and reporting of control deficiencies
Develop and maintain SOX program dashboards and executive reporting
