About this role

The Finance Graduate Programme at Ocado Group is a three-year, rotational early-career scheme designed to develop graduates into qualified finance professionals through placements across operations, FP&A, Technology, Solutions and Group Finance. The programme starts in September 2026, is permanent full-time, and includes sponsorship and study support for a professional accounting qualification. Graduates are based at the Hatfield head office on a hybrid working basis (minimum two days per week) and receive mentoring, development opportunities, and a competitive graduate salary package.
