A Finance Graduate on a structured 3-year rotational programme based at Halma’s Head Office in Amersham, developing future finance leaders through full-time rotations across management accounting, financial reporting, treasury and tax. The programme includes exposure to Halma companies across Safety, Healthcare and Environmental & Analysis, participation in the Halma Catalyst leadership programme, and study support towards a recognised accountancy qualification. Successful completion leads to a permanent role aligned with the trainee's aspirations.
