Finance Graduate

The Finance Graduate role is part of the SPARK Graduate Development Program, a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders through hands-on exposure to core and strategic finance functions. Participants will rotate through four different teams, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Strategy, and Supply Chain Finance, to gain broad expertise and prepare for a permanent placement. The position offers mentorship, executive exposure, and a clear path to a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.
