Finance Manager – Budgeting & Reporting

The role, based in Pune, reports to the Associate Director – Finance and is responsible for managing the budgeting and reporting function, including monthly financial performance reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis using EPBCS and Smart View. The position requires strong communication, end‑to‑end accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle ad‑hoc requests and occasional evening work to align with US stakeholders.
