About this role

The Finance Manager – Ecommerce will provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support eCommerce and brand decision‑making, driving profitability for Sweaty Betty. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role oversees month‑end close, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and manages a Finance Analyst while building relationships across eCommerce, supply chain, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Drive trade reporting and analysis to understand key weekly drivers of performance
Own month end close process and lead monthly finance reviews with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders
Lead and deliver the Quarterly Forecast Cycles and Annual planning process
Drive understanding of key investments, incorporating business case alignment and post investment reviews
Manage, coach, and develop a Finance Analyst
