Finance Manager, Hard Rock

The Finance Manager, Hard Rock, is a hands-on finance leader and business partner responsible for strengthening financial insight, operational accountability, and decision support for the Komatsu Hard Rock Sudbury operations. The role builds trusted relationships across the factory and commercial organization, works directly with operational leaders to understand the drivers behind financial results, and translates analysis into practical actions that improve performance, cost management, forecasting accuracy, and profitability. The Finance Manager leads and develops the financial analyst team, supports core accounting and control activities.
