About this role

The Finance Manager – Manager Level 2 serves as the primary financial planning and analysis and financial reporting lead for the Civil Space & Sciences business unit within the Launch & Exploration division. This role drives financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while providing decision-support analysis to business leadership. The position ensures financial integrity, compliance, and performance against financial objectives through strategic partnership with functional leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead full FP&A cycle including annual operating plans and long-range planning
Develop and maintain robust financial models for revenue, margin, and cash flow projections
Prepare monthly financial packages, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
