About this role

Epicor is seeking a strategic Finance Manager, FP&A to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for EMEA, APAC, and global functions. This role serves as a key finance business partner supporting cloud growth, profitability optimization, and strategic decision-making within a B2B SaaS enterprise software environment. The successful candidate will lead annual operating plans, develop financial models, and support sales organizations through quota planning and pipeline analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plans and quarterly financial forecasting cycles
Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for cloud growth and revenue
Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic investments and resource allocation
Analyze sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
Prepare executive reporting and KPI dashboards for the Leadership Team
