About this role

This role is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of Beedie’s Property Management operations and a 16 million square foot portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. As a key member of the Asset Management and Finance teams, the position provides decision support through critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration while overseeing key finance deliverables. The role requires a strong grasp of property and asset management operations balanced with a solid understanding of financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
