Finance Manager

This role involves building and owning the finance function for a new European payments company's Latvian entity as it applies for an electronic money institution license. The position requires managing regulatory reporting, safeguarding, statutory accounts, and treasury while serving as the primary contact for Latvijas Banka. The successful candidate will design financial controls and procedures from the ground up during the license application phase.
