Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will support the Head of Financial Services and guide a team of eight colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of financial operations. This role involves developing financial expertise across management and statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The position also focuses on enhancing finance systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to drive process improvements and support strategic business decisions.
