Finance & Operations Manager

The Finance & Operations Manager supports Northern Bedrock’s financial systems, budgeting, and reporting processes while managing organizational workflows and administrative documentation. This primarily in-person role collaborates with the Executive Director and contracted accountant to ensure accurate payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The position also involves coordinating facility support and providing on-site administrative assistance to staff and program partners.
