This role provides day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS R12 modules including iProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger. The position involves investigating and resolving user-reported issues, collaborating with functional users to deliver technical solutions, and supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities. The role also requires troubleshooting PL/SQL packages, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with infrastructure teams and Oracle Support to resolve critical issues.
