About this role

This role serves as the dedicated finance partner to the leadership of ICON's construction businesses, providing full P&L oversight across go-to-market, delivery, and operations. The position involves establishing planning and review cadences, managing annual budgets, and driving revenue forecasting and profitability analysis. The Finance Partner operates as an embedded individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities

Establish and run monthly operating cadence with business leadership
