About this role

The Finance & Reporting Manager supports the CFO in building and managing Paytm Europe's core finance function, overseeing financial accounting, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax, treasury, and management information. This hands-on role requires strong ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, regulated, and fast-growing business. The position involves managing the end-to-end accounting cycle, coordinating regulatory reporting, and leading budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting cycle and financial reporting under Lux GAAP and IFRS
Coordinate regulatory reporting to CSSF and maintain financial controls for payment institution
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management information processes for senior management
