Finance Specialist - Payroll/Accounting

The Finance Specialist will manage dual-critical functions of accurate, timely payroll processing and maintaining day-to-day accounting workflows for the City. This role involves processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and supporting the annual budget and audit processes.
