About this role

As a Statutory Accountant for LATAM, you will prepare statutory accounting, planning, and audits for multiple entities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing regulatory filings for 13 legal entities, reconciling US GAAP to local GAAP, and supporting merger, acquisition, and system migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Prepare statutory accounting and audit reports for LATAM entities
Reconcile US GAAP adjustments to local GAAP standards
Ensure timely completion of statutory regulatory filings
Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
Support accounting projects related to Mergers and Acquisitions
