Finance Staff

This position serves as a liaison between the Maintenance Parts Department, Finance Department, and City of Charlotte Procurement Department to ensure compliance with procurement rules and procedures. The role involves assisting with purchasing parts and services, tracking purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships. The individual will also support inventory audits, control pricing, and handle contract change orders.
