About this role

The Finance Technology Product & Portfolio Lead establishes and leads the centralized Finance Technology Demand and Portfolio Management function, serving as the primary bridge between Finance stakeholders and Technology teams. This role owns the end-to-end demand lifecycle, ensuring business initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, funded, and delivered while driving product strategy and roadmap development. The position requires aligning technology capabilities with Finance transformation objectives, operational priorities, and enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Finance technology product roadmap and portfolio
Lead demand management process for Finance technology initiatives
Act as primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and technology teams
