About this role

A Finance Transformation PMO at Betclic coordinates a major strategic transformation program to create a combined group finance function within Banijay Gaming. The role involves ensuring robust governance, effective execution, and transparent reporting across multiple workstreams while collaborating with senior stakeholders in Finance, Technology, HR, and Legal. This position supports a €3bn revenue business operating across multiple jurisdictions by building a best-in-class finance organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the overall Finance Transformation roadmap and delivery plan
Maintain the integrated program plan across all workstreams
Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting packs
Manage the program RAID log for risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or consultingExperience with large-scale transformation or organizational change initiativesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointFluency in English
