The Finance Transformation Lead for Blackstone Credit & Insurance will scope, launch, and oversee a portfolio of technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance BXCI’s finance and operations capabilities. Reporting to the CFO office, the role partners across BXCI Finance, Operations, and Blackstone Technology & Innovation to implement systems, improve data governance, and deliver reporting and process redesigns that drive business impact.
