This role is responsible for the accurate capture, review, and processing of incoming invoices in the D365 ERP system, ensuring correct system entry, linkage to purchase orders, and data consistency. The position supports project execution by maintaining accurate system records, applying basic tax rules, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local requirements for Scatec’s portfolio of companies in Brazil. The role involves working closely with the BPO and internal teams to follow up on invoice processing, identify inconsistencies, and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
