About this role
A Thrivent Financial Advisor partners with individuals and families—primarily Christians—to help them build, grow, and protect their financial well‑being through purpose-based advice, investments, insurance and banking solutions. Thrivent provides up to 14 weeks of paid training and support to obtain required insurance and securities registrations and a comprehensive advisor onboarding program. After onboarding, advisors operate as commissioned professionals with income tied to sales, renewals and incentives.
