A Thrivent Financial Advisor partners with clients—particularly Christians—to help them build, grow, and protect their financial well-being through purpose-based advice, insurance, investments, banking and generosity programs. The role is supported by up to 14 weeks of paid training and licensing (state insurance licenses, Series 7 and 66) and a comprehensive advisor onboarding program. Compensation after onboarding is commission- and incentive-based with uncapped earning potential.
