About this role
A Thrivent Financial Advisor is a client-facing financial representative at a membership-owned Fortune 500 firm that helps Christians build, grow, and protect financial well‑being through advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs. Thrivent provides up to 14 weeks of paid training and coaching to obtain required insurance licenses and FINRA registrations and supports advisors through a comprehensive onboarding program. Compensation after onboarding is commission- and incentive-based.
