About this role
A Thrivent Financial Advisor role focuses on delivering purpose-based financial guidance to Christian clients using Thrivent’s investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs. The position includes up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain required securities and insurance licenses and completion of Thrivent’s advisor onboarding program. After onboarding the role is commission- and incentive-based with uncapped earning potential and schedule flexibility.
