About this role
A Thrivent Financial Advisor partners with clients—particularly Christian communities—to provide purpose-based financial guidance across investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs. Thrivent provides up to 14 weeks of paid training and licensing support (state insurance licenses, Series 7 and 66) and a comprehensive onboarding program. After onboarding the role is commission- and incentive-driven, allowing advisors control over their income.
