About this role
A Thrivent Financial Advisor provides purpose-based financial guidance within a faith-centered, membership-owned Fortune 500 organization, helping clients build, grow and protect their financial well‑being through advice, insurance, investments, banking and generosity programs. The role includes a comprehensive onboarding program with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain required insurance and FINRA registrations, and transition to a commission- and incentive-based compensation model. Advisors serve clients in their local communities and operate with entrepreneurial control over their schedule and practice.
