Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst serves as a trusted finance partner to the R&D organization and the Office of the CFO, supporting the financial strategy behind complex development programs, ARPA-H grant administration, and milestone-based innovation investments. This role provides budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, and business analysis to help leaders make informed decisions across actuals, forecast, budget, cost share, intangible development, and grant-funded activities. As the organization transitions from R&D to commercialization, the position plays a key role in building scalable finance processes, strengthening controls, and providing commercial readiness insights.
