The Financial Analyst serves as a key finance partner to the Plant Controller and Chatham team, supporting accurate reporting, sound decisions, and disciplined financial management. The role involves independently leading assigned work, collaborating across the organization, and delivering high-quality results within month-end, forecast, and budget deadlines. This position plays a significant role in strengthening monthly management reporting and supporting the annual budget and forecasting processes.
