Financial and Accounting Operations Manager

This full-time, exempt position manages all financial and accounting operations for New Opportunities, Inc., including internal and external reporting, cash management, and budgeting. The role provides strategic guidance to senior management, ensures compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and oversees the annual audit process. It also involves supervising the Fiscal Department staff and leading the agency's budget and forecasting processes.
