Financial and Administrative Coordinator

The Financial and Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for financial and procurement support within the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo. This role manages operating and research accounting, ensures compliance with university and granting agency financial policies, and provides administrative support to the Department Chair and Administrative Officer. The position also oversees payroll for student hires, supports faculty recruitment processes, and assists with departmental budget management and special events.
