Financial Capability Caseworker

The Financial Capability Caseworker provides targeted, short-term support to individuals and families experiencing financial stress or vulnerability through practical financial coaching, budgeting, and case planning. Working within the Financial Wellbeing & Community team, the role involves meeting clients in various community locations to help them develop financial knowledge, skills, and confidence. The position requires a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to assist clients in setting goals and building long-term financial resilience.
