Financial Capability Worker

This part-time role involves providing direct casework as an accredited Financial Counsellor, assisting clients with debt prioritization, hardship arrangements, and creditor negotiations. The position is part of an integrated team working closely with Family Violence Practitioners and community services to deliver coordinated, person-centred support. The role requires managing a caseload in complex environments while advocating for clients' financial and safety needs.
