The Financial Clearance Representative verifies patient demographic, financial, and insurance information for scheduled medical services and serves as the front line for pre-registration and access to care. The role collects co-pays, deductibles, coinsurances and down payments, provides cost estimates when appropriate, and works to resolve insurance and financial issues prior to services being rendered.
