About this role
The Financial Consultant provides in-person and virtual counseling to plan participants, new entrants, beneficiaries and their representatives on the full range of TIAA products and services. The role supports institution-aligned regions and helps clients pursue immediate and long-term financial goals through phone, video and face-to-face interactions. The position begins as hourly during training and converts to a salaried, exempt role after training, with required licenses to be obtained within 120 days.
