Financial Controller (Contract)

An experienced Financial Controller will lead the transition from an outsourced accounting model to a fully in-house finance function for a real estate and construction company. Reporting to the CFO, the role involves overseeing general ledger operations, managing monthly closes, supervising bookkeeping teams, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position requires a hands-on professional capable of building scalable accounting processes while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
