Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller at Medal, you will be responsible for overseeing US accounting, reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to US GAAP across all financial processes. This role requires managing the monthly close, tax compliance, and audits, as well as developing efficient financial processes and automating workflows. You will prepare internal reports, financial packages, and coordinate with external auditors while maintaining meticulous finance management across diverse jurisdictions. The position demands extensive accounting experience, a strong grasp of both US and international tax regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
