The Financial Controller will lead Great State’s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, robust controls, and compliance with accepted accounting principles. The role supports commercial performance through financial planning, reporting, and cashflow oversight, reporting to a Joint Managing Director. The controller will also line-manage the Assistant Accountant and work with senior management to inform strategic decisions.
