Financial Controller

The purpose of the Financial Controller – Kenya role at Flora Food Group is to lead and strengthen the financial control environment for the Kenya business while ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and governance. The role is responsible for driving month-end close activities, balance sheet integrity, cashflow visibility, and statutory reporting in alignment with global finance standards. It serves as a key business partner to regional and global stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury, and supply chain functions. The position also ensures timely VAT, corporate tax, and audit compliance while improving controllership processes and operational efficiency. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through strong financial insights, accountability, and proactive risk management.
