Financial Controller

NCS is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee all general accounting, close, and standard costing activities for its De Pere, Wisconsin plant. This role partners directly with plant leadership on financial strategy, manages the month-end close process, and leads the deployment and maintenance of the standard costing system within NetSuite. The position involves analyzing cost variances, overseeing inventory counts, and mentoring a small accounting team to drive operational and financial excellence.
