Financial Controller

The Financial Controller leads the Financial Controllership function for the Mercer Pacific organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial results and the end-to-end delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. This role drives strong governance over balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls while partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Audit. The position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial management, US GAAP, and regulatory reporting to support organizational growth and compliance.
